• Why don't my books appear in the New Releases section on the home page?
  
  New releases are automatically selected from all Authors' Libraries that have a publication date 30 days prior to the current date until 30 days after the current date. Books will appear as their publication date falls within this range.
• Why doesn't my blog appear on the home page?
  
  The authors' blog feed on the home page only burns once every three hours. If after three hours you still do not see your feed:
  1) Make sure your blog feed is working on your author page. If it's not working on your author page, it won't burn into the feed on the home page.
  2) Check the link. If your blog is hosted by MySpace or LiveJournal, it will not feed directly into the FF&P website. You'll first need to create a free account with Feedburner and then put the Feedburner link into the address line for your blog on your Edit Penname page. Wait three hours, and it should now appear on the home page!
• Why don't I show up in the Author Spotlight?
  
  Every time you use the "Share" link on an author's page, book or manuscript to promote a fellow FF&Per, you'll earn CrossPromo points. The system will randomly select 5 of the top 25 cross-promoters to populate the Author Spotlight area. All you need to do is start promoting your fellow authors, and FF&P will promote you! Plus, every time you promote an author, they'll be made aware of your promo work on their behalf so that they can promote you in return.
