2008 On The Far Side Entry Format and Rules

The OTFS is all electronic. Please read below for submittal guidelines.

Entry Format/Requirements: Each entry should be formatted and presented as follows:

Standard manuscript format: double-spaced, one-inch margins, size 12 Courier or Courier New or size 14 Times New Roman.
Entry should be in .rtf format.
Header on manuscript and synopsis pages should contain title and category (add space between category and in) in the upper left corner and the page number in the upper right. Author's name may not appear anywhere on the manuscript or synopsis or the entry will be DISQUALIFIED and the entry fee will not be returned.

Entry Composition/Checklist: Each entry will include the following:

*NEW* OPTIONAL Synopsis [un-scored] (maximum of 5 pages, double spaced) enclosed in the entry file before the 20 pages of manuscript. [Additional pages will be deleted].
One (1) completed entry form and waiver for each entry, with PayPal confirmation number.
Entry sent to the appropriate category coordinator.
Entries MUST be received by August 22, 2008. Any entries received after that date will be unopened.
