2007 On The Far Side Entry Format and RulesThe OTFS, has gone all electronic this year. Please read below for submittal guidelines. Entry Format/Requirements: Each entry should be formatted and presented as follows:___ Standard manuscript format: double-spaced, one-inch margins, size 12 Courier or Courier New or size 14 Times New Roman. ___ Entry should be in .rtf format. ___ Header on manuscript and synopsis pages should contain title and categoryin the upper left corner and the page number in the upper right. Author’s name may not appear anywhere on the manuscript or synopsis or the entry will be DISQUALIFIED and the entry fee will not be returned.
Entry Composition/Checklist: Each entry will include the following: ___ Synopsis [unscored] (maximum of 5 pages, double spaced) enclosed in the entry file before the 20 pages of manuscript. [Additional pages will be deleted]. ___ One (1) completed entry form and waiver for each entry, with PayPal confirmation number. ___ If mailing check or money order [US DOLLARS ONLY]: made out to “FF&P RWA” with the applicable entry fee[s]. Only checks or money orders will be accepted via mail. Entries that are mailed will be returned unopened. ___ Entry sent to the appropriate category coordinator. ___ Entries MUST be received by August 3, 2007. Any entries received after that date will be unopened.
