Statement:
I have read and understand and agree to abide by the rules of the FF&P RWA® Chapter OTFS contest. I understand that it may be necessary, in the course of running the contest, for decisions to be made regarding matters not specifically covered by the written rules of the contest, and that such decisions shall be undertaken by the contest coordinator and/or the FF&P Sub-Genre Chapter of RWA® leadership without prior notice to the entrants. I also realize that judging is subjective by nature; accordingly, I will accept and abide by the decision of the judges and/or contest coordinator and/or FF&P Sub-Genre Chapter of RWA® officials regarding winners in the contest.

I shall hold blameless FF&P RWA®, contest personnel, and judges for any and all disputes arising from rules, decisions and the awarding of prizes with regard to the contest.

Mail this signed entry form, appropriate entry fee, and 5 copies of the FIRST 15 PAGES of manuscript and a synopsis (unjudged-up to 2 pages single spaced).

Use Standard manuscript prep.: 12 inch font like TNR or Courier, 1" margins, and double spaced. Title and genre on top
left, page number on top tight. Name should not appear anywhere on manuscript and will be disqualified if name is on manuscript. Cover page (1) accompanies submission with name, address, phone, email, manuscript title, and page count (length) on it.
