1. Fill out the questionnaire in detail. You will be informed through e-mail that your form has been received and will be filed.

2. You will be given a list of names of possible candidates for a match, along with their critiquing goals and preferences.

a. Critique partners: Choose a name of a prospective partner from your list and contact the Critique Coordinator for your prospective partner's e-mail address. Make an initial contact via e-mail, giving an INTRO post including a short bio. Decide between yourselves how you wish to set up your e-mail critiquing, including partnership expectations.

b. Critique groups: Choose two or three names from your list and contact the Critique Coordinator for your prospective group's e-mail addresses. Start an initial contact with your group members via e-mail, giving an INTRO post including a short bio. Decide among yourselves how you wish to set up your mailing list for e-mail critiquing, including group expectations. (Note: We recommend a maximum of three to four members per group so you do not get too overwhelmed reading other's works.)

3. When you find a partnership or group which works best, contact the Critique Coordinator via e-mail Critique list moderator with your choice/s and ask to be taken off the active list. Should you wish to reactivate your file, contact the Critique Coordinator and she will return your name to the list of active members choosing critique partners or critique groups.

4. The FF&P Board and Critique Coordinator would love to hear from groups or partnerships on how things work out. Please feel free to contact the Critique Coordinator should you wish to share your experience with the Critique Service.
